Shipping:

I always ship as quickly as possible!

Orders placed and paid before 12 noon will be shipped the same working day.
If there is a reason that I have to deviate from this, you can read about it on the homepage.
It happens that I work longer and can also take orders placed later, but I assume that I ship orders placed after 12 noon the next day.

I work during school hours. In the afternoon after school I am home with my children.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays I have a full working day, but on the other days I pack orders between 8:30 am and 1:45 pm at the latest. This means that I cannot always fulfill requests to ship orders placed later with priority! Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

I ship all orders with PostNL, using MyParcel. Very small orders are sent in an envelope within the Netherlands. For the rest, I try to send all orders that fit in the letterbox as a letterbox package. That saves a lot of shipping costs!

I am dependent on PostNL for the delivery time. Within the Netherlands, this means that in 99% of cases your order will be delivered the day after shipment. To Belgium it usually takes 2-3 working days, but sometimes longer. So don't despair if your order hasn't arrived after a few days. It rarely happens that something really doesn't arrive!

If your order is sent as a (letterbox) package, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace number after shipment, with which you can track your order.

I send orders from 100 euros by registered mail. Below this, your package will be sent as a standard package.
