Shipping and returns

Shipping:

I always ship as quickly as possible!

Orders placed and paid before 10:00 am will be shipped the same working day.
If there is a reason that I have to deviate from this, you can read about it on the homepage.
It happens that I work longer and can also take orders placed later, but I assume that I ship orders placed after 12 noon the next day.

I work during school hours. In the afternoon after school I am home with my children.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays I have a full working day, but on the other days I pack orders between 8:30 am and 1:45 pm at the latest. This means that I cannot always fulfill requests to ship orders placed later with priority! Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

I ship all orders with PostNL or DPD (or within the Netherlands with DHL), using MontaShip. Unfortunately, I no longer send envelopes without Track & Trace, because they get lost far too often. Are you just ordering a few beads? Then I charge only 2.95 euros for the lowest weights.

I depend on the shipping parties for the delivery time. Within the Netherlands, this means that in 99% of cases your order will be delivered the day after shipment. To Belgium or other countries it usually takes 2-3 working days, but sometimes longer. So don't despair if your order hasn't arrived after a few days. It rarely happens that something really doesn't arrive!

After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace number, with which you can track your order.

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product(s). In the event of a full return, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are expected to return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, I can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the products with care and ensure that they are properly packaged when returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at info@hugs-and-things.nl. I will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order on time.

Please note: Products that are custom-made for you are excluded from returns. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment. (This also includes pieces of wire cut to size)
