Shipping and returns

I ship orders as quickly as possible, carefully and with track & trace.

Orders placed and paid for before 10 a.m. on workdays, are in principle shipped the same business day.
Orders received later are usually shipped the next business day.

Orders are always processed on a first-come, first-served basis. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to ship subsequent orders with priority.

Shipping methods & costs

I ship with PostNL, DPD or (within the Netherlands) DHL, via MontaShip.
All shipments are shipped with track & trace.

For small orders with a low weight, a low-cost shipping rate from €2.95.

After shipment you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace information.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the carrier.

  • Netherlands: in ±99% of cases the next working day after shipment

  • Belgium & other countries: usually 2–3 working days, sometimes a little longer

It rarely happens that a package does not arrive. Have you not received anything after a few days? Then you can always contact us — I would be happy to think along with you.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason.
After cancellation you still have 14 days to return your product(s).

You will receive it if you return it in full full order amount including shipping costs back.
The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

Conditions for returns

  • Products serve undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging to be returned

  • Handle the products with care

  • In the event of damage or depreciation, this can be deducted from the amount to be refunded

After receiving your return, I will deposit the amount within 14 days back.

Exclusions

Products that custom made for you are excluded from return.
This includes:

  • custom-made items

  • pieces of wire cut to size

The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. The purchase is final after successful payment.
