Shipping and returns

 

Shipping

I ship orders as quickly as possible, carefully, and with track & trace.

Orders placed and paid for before 10:00 a.m. on business days are generally shipped the same business day.
Orders received later are usually shipped on the next business day.

Orders are always processed in the order they are received. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to prioritize later orders for shipping.

Please note: during school holidays, I work adjusted hours. You can find these under Working hours / holidays at the bottom of the website.

Shipping methods & costs

I ship to the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL, and to other European countries with DPD.
All shipments are sent with track & trace.

After dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace information.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the carrier.

  • The Netherlands: in approximately 99% of cases, the next business day after dispatch

  • Belgium: usually 2–3 business days, sometimes a little longer

  • Other countries: Allow 5-7 business days for delivery

It is rare for a parcel not to arrive. If you still haven't received anything after a few days, you're always welcome to get in touch. I'll be happy to help.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product(s).

For a full return, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return conditions

  • Products must be returned undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging

  • Handle the products with care

  • In the event of damage or diminished value, this may be deducted from the amount to be refunded

After receiving your return, I will refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions

Products that are custom-made for you cannot be returned.
These include, among other things:

  • custom-made items

  • pieces of wire cut to size

The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. The purchase is final once payment has been successfully completed.
