Contact

If you need help with anything, contacting me via WhatsApp is always the fastest way.

Please note: Because Hugs & Things is a sole proprietorship, which means there is no “customer service department,” and I combine work with my personal life, I’m not available by phone (I’m usually just in the supermarket when someone calls, or busy packing orders).

On business days, I can generally reply within 30-60 minutes if you send me a message!

Would you rather send an email? You can use this contact form.

I try to reply to your email within 24 hours.

Haven’t received a reply within 24 hours (and I’m not on vacation; see homepage)? Please send me a message anyway. Your email may have ended up in your spam folder.

Have an urgent question? Be sure to contact me via WhatsApp or send me a DM on Instagram or Facebook!
