Payment processor: pay afterwards with Billink

I use the services of Billink to make it possible for you to first receive your order and then pay. This requires data to be sent to Billink. Billink says the following about this on the website (abbreviated):

When your data is included in Billink's relationship file, it is checked whether you have other outstanding financial obligations. If you do not fulfill your financial obligations arising from the order/agreement you have placed, this information will be registered by Billink in its customer database to limit further financial risks for Billink and its clients and for the purpose of creditworthiness testing. Billink can use its affiliated Centraal Invoerings Bureau BV. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Billink can also use your personal data to inform you about products and services that are relevant to you. If you do not appreciate this, you can let Billink know.
