When these books lie flat, the hole runs from top to bottom. This also allows you to create a stack of books on a pen or key ring!

This color is slightly closer to the color Sky than to the color Blue, but personally I would recommend combining it with other bright shades of blue, such as Bright Blue or Royal Blue.
