Shipping and returns

I always ship as soon as possible!

Orders placed and paid before 10 a.m. are shipped the same working day.
If there is a reason that I have to get rid of it, you can read that on the homepage.
It happens that I am working longer and later can also take orders with you, but assume that I will be placed orders after 12 hours the next day.

I work during school hours. In the afternoon after school I am at home with my children.
On Wednesday and Thursday I have a full working day, but the other days I pack orders between 8.30 am and no later than 1.45 pm. That means that I cannot always meet requests to send orders that are placed later with priority! Orders are sent in order of arrival.

I send all orders with PostNL or DPD (or within the Netherlands with DHL), using Montaship. Unfortunately I no longer send with envelopes without track & trace, because they lost too often. Do you only order a few beads? Then I only count 2.95 euros for the lowest weights.

For the delivery time I depend on the shipping parties. Within the Netherlands, that means in 99% of the cases that your order is delivered the day after shipment. It usually takes 2-3 business days to Belgium or other countries, but sometimes longer. So don't despair if your order is not there after a few days. It rarely happens that something really doesn't come!

After shipment you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace number, with which you can follow your order.

Return:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product (s). In the case of a fully return, you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning your home to the web store are for your own account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, it is intended that you return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than necessary to try the product, I can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the products with care and ensure that they are well packaged with a return.

To use the right of withdrawal you can contact me via info@hugs-hings.nl. I will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has been received in good order on time.

Note: Products that are tailor -made for you are excluded from returns. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment. (This also includes tailor -made pieces of wire)
