By July 11 to August 25 Unfortunately it is not possible to shop live.
Part-time processing of orders
Between July 14 and July 22 and between August 13 and August 19 I work part-time. During this period, orders and questions are processed less quickly than you are used to from me. I don't have fixed working days, because I go on trips with my children (depending on the weather), but I do my best to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Please allow for a slightly longer processing time. (Expect a maximum of 2-3 working days shipping time)
Completely absent: no processing of orders
By July 23 to August 12 I'm completely away from it all. During this period no orders will be processed and I will not be available for questions. Orders received during this period will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis after my holiday.

Recharge: summer holiday at Hugs & Things
It's almost that time again: the summer holidays are coming! Every year I consciously take a few weeks off to fully recharge. I really enjoy running Hugs & Things, but after a year of packing, designing, purchasing and helping customers every day, it is nice to also take some time for myself (and my children). This way I can be there for you again full of energy afterwards!
Because I do everything myself, my holidays naturally influence the webshop. Below you will find exactly what you can expect:
Do you need materials for your projects or orders? Then make sure you order on time! This way you can be sure that you will receive everything on time and you will not be faced with any surprises.
